For those with specific religious or spiritual affiliations, similar guides may be available. This particular guide is non-denominational and full of excellent recommendations.
Hope Through Heartsongs, by Mattie J.T. Stepanek. This is one of a collection of books of poetry written by young Mattie before his death in June, 2004. His story is remarkable; his poems all the more so. mattieonline.com
